Fabrice Darvey

Fabrice Darvey has been the Chief of Industrial Operations at Orano Med since January 2025. With 17 years of extensive experience in the nuclear industry within the Orano group, he has held major responsibilities in the management and optimization of industrial operations. Prior to joining Orano Med, he served as the Group’s Head of Operational Excellence, where he notably led Orano’s performance plan. Previously, he spent eight years at Orano’s nuclear treatment and recycling site in La Hague, overseeing decommissioning activities and later managing production activities related to nuclear material conditioning. In this role, he was responsible for an operational unit of over 500 people, managing continuous operations of several technical processes, including the vitrification of fission products.
