
Anne-Sophie Bodin has been the General Counsel of Orano Med since 2020 and is also in charge of antitrust for the Orano Group since 2009. She is responsible for the supervision of all legal matters related Orano Med’s strategic partnerships and development projects.
She began her career as an attorney at Gide Loyrette Nouel before joining Sony, and then Sony Ericsson as General Counsel for the EMEA region. Subsequently, Anne-Sophie Bodin has held several leadership positions within the Orano Group, where she oversaw key areas such as competition law (including antitrust and merger control), innovation, and governance (former Orano board secretary).
Anne-Sophie Bodin graduated from the Panthéon-Assas University, where she obtained a Masters’ degree (DESS) in Intellectual Property. She also holds an LLM in European Law from the University of Essex (UK) and a Masters’ degree in Franco-American Business Law from the Paris Nanterre University.
