Orano Med is seeking an HR Manager for its Plano, TX location. This position mandates extensive, hands-on experience in the radiopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry - non-negotiable. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on practitioner with strong recruitment and sourcing experience who can effectively manage challenging personnel situations and provide direct oversight of HR staff across multiple locations. Under limited supervision, this role performs varied human resources activities across several HR functional areas for Orano Med in the US.

BA/BS in related field (or comparable experience) plus minimum 12 years related work experience
Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience specifically within the radiopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry - this industry background is essential and non-negotiable
Strong recruitment and sourcing expertise for specialized technical roles
Demonstrated experience managing HR staff and resolving complex employee relations issues
Experience in compensation management, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and US Labor law
Understanding of business and financial organizational aspects
Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on capacity with minimal supervision
25% travel willingness
Preferred: Masters in HR Management, experience in matrix/international organizations, workforce planning knowledge, PHR/SPHR, LSS Black belt
